FBI Memos on Jobs

Apparently, Steve Jobs, though driven, was not quite the fair visionary we pictured him to be.  I suspected as much as he was an Obama supporter like many of his Silicon Valley contemporaries.

According to the FBI notes that were taken while Jobs was being considered for a position in the Clinton Administration, Jobs was described by friends and colleagues as:
  • Having used illicit drugs in his youth
  • Alienated colleagues
  • Intimidated associates
  • Insisted on getting his way
  • Twisted the truth and distorted reality to get his way
You know the old maxim: Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are.
Every one of those allegations listed above apply to the President as well.
No wonder why Jobs was a die hard progressive in his politics.  He fit the bill to a tee.

AM Pat,

What a hoot - that was my thought as I read that list and then I got to your conclusion. Bingo!

If you threw in "tax cheat" he could be a democrat (progressive, liberal, socialist, whatever) cabinet secretary.
